What we collect, and from which forms
We collect what each form on this site asks for, and nothing beyond it:
- Buying the book or a bump (/book/, /book/bundle/): your email and payment details, taken and processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your card number.
- Getting the free book (/free/): your email address.
- The free kit or similar opt-ins (/kit/): your name and email address, and which page sent you.
- Applying for the lead-block service (/leads/): your name, email, and the business details the application asks for.
- The teardown offer taken after a purchase: your email and the intake details you submit.
- Every page you visit: automatic, non-identifying usage data covered under Cookies and pixels below.
Why we collect it
- To deliver what you paid for or signed up for: the download link, the email sequence, a reply to your application.
- To run the Stripe payment and send you the receipt.
- To measure which ad or page produced a sale, so wasted spend gets cut rather than an audience that never buys.
- To reply to an enquiry or a lead-block application.
Who processes it
We use a short, named list of processors. We do not sell or rent your data to anyone, and we do not share it with any party not listed here:
- Stripe: payment processing for the book, bumps, bundle, tools, and courses.
- Resend: sends the emails this site generates (receipts, delivery links, replies), from ryan@onwardsanalytics.com.au.
- Meta: the Meta Pixel and Conversions API measure which ad led to a sale. See Cookies and pixels below.
- Cloudflare: hosts the site, stores form submissions (Cloudflare KV) and anonymous page-level measurement (Cloudflare Analytics Engine).
- Calendly: books a call, on the pages that offer one.
- Google Fonts: loads the typefaces used on this site.
Cookies and pixels
This site runs the Meta Pixel on every page, plus server-side events sent to Meta's Conversions API for purchases and views. Together these tell us which ad led to which outcome. They do not carry your name or payment details; they carry an identifier Meta uses to match an ad to a later event.
To opt out: adjust your ad preferences in Meta's ad settings, or block third-party cookies and tracking scripts in your browser. Blocking the pixel does not block Stripe, Resend, or delivery of anything you have paid for.
We also log anonymous session-level measurement (page, time on page, scroll depth, and the ad or campaign that referred you, where present) through Cloudflare Analytics Engine, keyed to a session identifier rather than your name or email.
Retention
As a matter of policy, not a guarantee of exact dates:
- Signup records (free book, kit opt-in) are kept for around 180 days, then expire automatically.
- A paid delivery link is valid for 60 days from purchase, then expires. Your purchase record itself sits with Stripe under its own retention terms.
- A lead-block application is kept while the application or engagement is live, and deleted on request once it is not.
- Email sent through Resend and payments processed through Stripe are retained under each provider's own policy, not ours.
Your rights
Under the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (the Australian Privacy Principles), you can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. Email the address below and we will act on it.
If you are reading this from the UK or EU: under GDPR you have the same rights to access, correction, and deletion, plus the right to object to processing and to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. Contact us by email first and we will respond.
