sixtysteps.co is run by Ryan Richardson of Onwards Analytics, based in Perth, Western Australia. Buying anything on this site, or applying for the lead-block service, means you accept these terms.
What you are buying
Everything sold at /book/, /book/bundle/, /courses/, and /tools/ is a digital product: a PDF, a course, or a tool, delivered by an emailed link once payment clears. There is nothing shipped by post. Prices are stated and charged in US dollars.
The sixty-day guarantee
This applies to the $7 book sold at /book/: sixty days to ask for the seven back. You keep the book either way.
Other products, bumps, the bundle, tools, and courses, each state their own guarantee on their own page. Check the page you bought from for its exact terms.
To claim a refund, email ryan@sixtysteps.co with the email address you used to buy, and we will process it.
No resale or redistribution
The PDFs, courses, and tools sold here are for your own use. You may not resell, redistribute, or republish any of it, in whole or in part, without written permission.
The lead-block service
The lead-block offer at /leads/ is a separate service, not a digital product, and is governed by its own written agreement between you and Onwards Analytics, not by these terms. Applying through /leads/ does not create that agreement; the agreement does, once both sides sign it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, and any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of its courts.
